Lesson learned. Never book Scoot, worst airline I ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Like the saying " if you cannot afford travel insurance, you cannot afford to travel"
- If you cannot afford to book a ticket with a proper (non budget airline ) you cannot actually afford to travel. Don't waste you money booking budget airlines.
Scoot is refusing to refund ticket that I was unable to use due to COVID-19 , even though they had mentioned that the tickets will be refunded. And I contacted them several times before the flight. It was in the middle of COVID-19 ....
